It is a 15 storey residential building designed and planned according to vastu and sun - wind direction. This itself makes the building naturally self sufficient. We have taken maximum advantage of natural resources hence reducing maintenance cost by 5 to 10 %. Rain water harvesting system is integrated at UGT and also solar panels and solar lights are being used. This building is also designed according to bylaws thus making it an ecologically and economically efficient project.
