Imagination in motion
Almost a decade after shuttering Kellogg Middle School in 2006, Portland Public Schools plans to re-open the newly constructed middle school in 2021.
Kellogg Middle School, which dates back to 1917, closed in 2006 when schools were consolidated during a period of declining enrollment.
A beautiful new facility is currently under construction on the original building site.
This new, next generation, high efficiency, sustainable middle school will provide learning environments to expand the minds and imaginations of the learners inside.
