The environment must reflect the diversity of all of its occupants, and differently-abled people should find these spaces to be as supportive, thoughtful, and accessible as any person. Our team has a long history of designing innovative universal design and code upgrade solutions compatible with historic buildings. Our combined knowledge of local codes, along with expertise with historic buildings, allows us to design exterior and interior solutions that respect the building while producing a workable alternative to standard applications. Our approach to code upgrade solutions is to be proactive in negotiating with City or County representatives in meeting the needs of all building users and State and Federal Regulations.
